Our Story
RAS Recruitment Agency Sales was established in 2024 as a separate arm of our main brokerage company, Jonathan Fagan Business Brokers Limited. We have been acting for buyers & sellers of UK professional service businesses for over 20 years and RAS Recruitment Agency Sales is our specialist recruitment business sales website.
Our owners are both experienced recruiters (FIRP and Cert RP qualified) with over 35 years legal and financial recruitment experience between them.
Recruitment Agency Sales is part of the Ten Percent Group of companies, and we are committed to donating 10% of annual net profits to charity via the Ten Percent Foundation. All the businesses within the group are signed up to this pledge. Since 2000 we have donated over £250,000 to the Ten Percent Foundation, a charitable trust based in the UK and registered with the Charity Commission.

Our People
Jonathan Fagan LLM
Director and Founder of Recruitment Agency Sales, Jonathan Fagan Business Brokers Limited and the Ten Percent Group of companies. Qualified solicitor (non-practising), recruitment consultant and business broker. A Tamworth fan for many years, Jonathan still plays cricket for a local team. He lives in North Wales.
Dr Clare Fagan
Financial Director. Clare handles the finances for our business and somewhat uniquely is a qualified medical doctor of the non-practising variety. Loves vegan cookery and experimenting with various vegetables in cakes. Clare lives in Llanarmon-yn-Ial, the ‘poshest village in Wales’ according to The Times in 2023.
Will Webster MA
Consultant and Specialist Adviser for M&A services in the recruitment sector. Will is a Rochdale lad, born and bred in the town, and supports Rochdale, demonstrating high levels of patience as a result.
Taillte Mallon BA
Client Manager and Business Development Guru, handling all new buyer & seller enquiries as they arise. Taillte deals on a daily basis with most of our clients throughout their time with our company. She lives near Belfast and spends a lot of time with her dogs.
